This policy explains what information Book of Shadows Print collects, why, and what rights you have. We keep data collection to a minimum.
Who is responsible
The data controller for bookofshadowsprint.com is Paula, an independent sole proprietor based in the Netherlands. For any privacy question or request, contact bookofshadowsprint@treasuresofthedragon.com.
What we collect
- Server logs. Like most websites, our host records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running.
- Analytics (Google Analytics, GA4). We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, in aggregate. Unlike most of our other sites, this tag currently loads on every visit rather than waiting for cookie consent, because Search Console’s verification of this property depends on it being present unconditionally. We are working toward a setup that allows consent-gating here too.
- Affiliate links. When you click an Amazon affiliate link, Amazon may set its own cookie so it can credit any purchase to us. That cookie is governed by Amazon’s own privacy policy, not ours.
- Email. If you email us, we keep your message so we can reply. We do not add you to any list.
Legal basis
We rely on legitimate interest for the basic, secure operation of the site and for the analytics described above. You can block analytics cookies through your own browser settings at any time.
Third parties
We share data only with the services needed to run the site, such as our hosting provider, Google Analytics, and Amazon when you choose to click an outbound link. Each has its own privacy terms.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email bookofshadowsprint@treasuresofthedragon.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
